We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. The average shipping time is 1-2 business days, however, due to the hand made nature of our products sometimes processing can take longer. If there is an unusually long processing time you will be notified via email.

 

We offer complimentary expedited shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 which can be upgraded to an Express service for $18 via Canada Post. All orders under $100 are charged a reduced shipping rate of $12.

All orders shipping to the USA are charged a $15 shipping fee and International orders are charged a $30 shipping fee. This is for an expedited service, with tracking via Canada Post/ USPS.

Please note- complimentary shipping is eligible on the original order, it does not apply to exchnages.

All Lisbeth orders are gift wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped securely in a cardboard box. Invoices are not included in the shipment.

Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking number.
