We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. The average shipping time is 1-2 business days, however, due to the hand made nature of our products sometimes processing can take longer. If there is an unusually long processing time you will be notified via email.

 

We offer complimentary expedited shipping on all orders in Canada and USA over $125 which can be upgraded to an Express service for $25 via Canada Post or FedEx.  All orders under $125 are charged a reduced shipping rate of $12 for Canada and $15 for the USA.

International orders are charged a $35 shipping fee. This is for an expedited service, with tracking via Canada Post or FedEx.

Please note- complimentary shipping is eligible on the original order, it does not apply to exchnages.

All Lisbeth orders are gift wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped securely in a cardboard box. Invoices are not included in the shipment.

Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking number.
